CAO Precision Lab is launching an exciting new chapter. We are building a state-of-the-art orthodontic laboratory focused on digital design, 3D printing, and advanced orthodontic appliance fabrication for doctors across the country.
Today, the lab operates as part of Christensen Airway & Orthodontic Center. Beginning in 2027, it will become its own independent company with significant opportunities for growth. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the ground up.

Position Summary
The Client Services & Lab Coordinator serves as the primary connection between our doctor clients and our laboratory team. This role manages scheduling, customer communication, billing, case tracking, shipping, and administrative operations so our laboratory technicians can focus on designing and manufacturing exceptional orthodontic appliances.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate incoming laboratory cases and prescriptions
* Schedule laboratory production and delivery timelines
* Communicate with orthodontic and dental offices regarding cases
* Track digital file submissions (STLs, CBCTs, prescriptions, photos, etc.)
* Generate invoices and manage billing
* Process payments and maintain customer accounts
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipping
* Maintain accurate client and case records
* Monitor production deadlines and prioritize workflow
* Assist in developing efficient office systems and procedures
* Work closely with the laboratory technicians to keep production moving efficiently
* Provide exceptional customer service to our doctor clients
Qualifications

Preferred Experience
* Medical or dental office experience
* Scheduling and customer service
* Billing or bookkeeping
* Shipping and logistics
* CRM or practice management software
* Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Dental experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
