POSITION SUMMARY
The position handles and performs administrative duties to maintain an organized workflow while completing tasks and special projects to a successful completion. The position will support CNI College's mission by providing administrative support to MRI Program
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Perform administrative duties for the MRI program as assigned by the director.
- Complete and process paperwork in support of program goals and objective.
- Distributes staff memos and other forms as necessary.
- Assist with overseeing clinical sites and location including scheduling.
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of students, faculty, and school information.
- Interact with students, faculty, and visitors.
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
- Create and modify Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
- Attend meetings as requested in order to record minutes.
- Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Assists in special events, such as the graduation ceremony.
- Assist with overall maintenance of the organization and its offices.
- Other duties as assigned.

SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors in business administration, health care or related field.
- Three years of experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent experience in related field.
- One year of experience working in an institute of higher learning.
- One year of experience in health care setting.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent proof reading and editing skills.
- Can handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Mastery of English language
- Competency in multiple computer programs including but not limited to:
- Campus Vue
- All Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word).
- Internet use/search
- Ability to multi-task and respond in a timely manner to requests
- Ability to prioritize and deliver work of a high quality on a consistent basis
