Description:
Viking Aggregates is hiring a Plant Manager to run and maintain plant equipment, keep materials stocked, and ensure safe, accurate production.

Operate plant equipment safely and accurately

Read and follow mix designs, orders, and project specs

Maintain raw material inventory and order as needed

Perform routine equipment maintenance
-
Complete required reports and documentation
-
Keep site clean, organized, and compliant

Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
-
Support team operations as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred

1–2 years related experience
-
Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math

Knowledge of construction materials and tools

Strong communication skills
-
Willing to work nights/weekends when required
