Food Production Associate – Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
We are hiring employees for a temporary-to-permanent position with benefits available upon permanent hire. This position is in a food manufacturing facility working on a production line in a cold environment (36°F).
Job Requirements
- Work on a food production line in a refrigerated environment (36°F).
- Remain standing for the entire shift.
- Lift 20–40 lbs regularly.
- Be physically able to perform repetitive work.
- Must speak Spanish.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
Available Shifts
Day Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

- Food preparation and production line work inside a food manufacturing facility.
Work Environment
- Work in a refrigerated room maintained at 36°F (approximately 2°C).
- Cold-weather protective clothing or equipment is often provided by the employer.
Physical Requirements
You must be able to:
- Stand throughout the entire shift.
- Regularly lift 20–40 pounds.
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Employment Type
This is a temporary position with the opportunity for permanent employment. Employees who demonstrate good performance and attendance may be offered a permanent position based on business needs.
