Shift: Day Shift | 8 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide quality nursing care to residents at Winward Gardens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care and administer medications/treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow care plans, safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
Pay: $31.00 per hour
