Accounting Manager
Location: Tulare County Area
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000

A well-established and growing company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding financial strategy, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and partnering with leadership to support business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and cost accounting
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end close, including financial statements and adjusting entries
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records within QuickBooks
- Perform and oversee bank, loan, and inventory reconciliations
- Supervise and support accounting staff
- Partner with leadership and operations teams to assist with pricing strategy and budgeting
- Manage credit applications, factoring, commissions, and trade transactions
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Respond to vendor and customer financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing accounting environment (required)
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing financial operations
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Proven leadership and strong analytical skills
- CPA certification strongly preferred
