General Store Managers work with both staff and customers to create a fun, positive environment to both work and shop. They will be in charge of day to day operations of quality of products, presentation of store and staff, along with normal business operations. Managers are encouraged to be creative in displays and marketing. Shopping at a Blondie's cookie store is a feel good experience for our customers and our day to day systems are designed to create a streamline, simple and efficient environment for all our team members to work in.
**Annual average tip amount is included in the hourly pay range.
