Schedule: Part-Time | Evening & Weekend Shifts
Home Matters Caregiving is a best-in-class in-home care agency seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors and individuals with daily living needs in their own homes. Current Shift Needs
We are currently hiring caregivers who can commit to the following recurring schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Weekend and evening availability is required for these positions. Candidates who can consistently work these shifts are strongly encouraged to apply.

Caregiver Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred (1+ year of professional or family caregiving experience)
- STNA or CNA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to commit to the required evening and weekend schedule
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Execute client care plans and document daily activities
- Provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living
- Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Provide personal care, including hygiene and mobility assistance
- Provide medication reminders as permitted
- Transport clients and run errands as needed
