POLYCRAFT PRODUCTS, INC., is seeking a Production Operator to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are artistic, creative and mechanically inclined and have excellent eye/hand coordination, to begin a career in the aerospace/manufacturing industry. What You’ll Do
As a production team member your responsibilities will include:
- You will work with equipment such as silicone material, clicker presses, lathes, ovens and other equipment, as required
- Safely utilize sharp tools such as razor blades, scalpels, scissors and other tools as required
- Adhere to company policies, standard work procedures and job safety standards, including required PPE
- Support preventative maintenance program efforts
- Accurately input data to the ERP system or time sheets
- Produce products within specifications and production requirements
- Maintain product identification and traceability
- Perform other duties as needed or defined by management for the position.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Artisan by nature (very hands on work) and takes pride in building and creating products with quality and detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to use measuring tools and basic math skills
- Strong communication skills and team player attitude
- Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. and follow safety protocols per OSHA regulations
- May need to work weekends as needed or during high-demand cycles
- Background check and drug screen required
- Additional activities and tasks as required or needed per management
Work Environment
- You’ll work in both manufacturing and machine shop environments, using tools and equipment daily such as oven/presses, machinery, and manufacturing materials.

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position (40 hours), Monday through Thursday with shift differential
- 2nd Shift 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Occasional weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
