Fence & Deck Installer
Rock Solid Fence LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Fence & Deck Installer to join our team.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with or lead fence and deck installations and repairs
- Dig post holes and prepare job sites
- Mix and pour concrete
- Measure, cut, and install wood and other fencing materials
- Safely operate tools and equipment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
- Keep track of tools, equipment, and materials
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Help ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Perform other job-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Current valid driver’s license required
- Fence or construction experience preferred
- Fence-building experience is a big plus
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Able to consistently lift and carry 60–80 lbs.
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Dependable and able to work well as part of a crew
- Able to follow directions and work safely
- Strong attention to quality and detail
Experience
Fence experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Pay
Pay is based on experience.
Job Type

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday (Friday availability if needed to finish a job)
- Day shift
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Overtime as needed
- Holiday work as needed
