About the Role
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician at Zerorez®, you won’t just clean carpets—you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and play a key role in driving sales through your interactions. You’ll educate customers about our services, recommend additional solutions, and make every appointment a 5-star experience.
This is the perfect role for someone who’s energetic, persuasive, and enjoys being the trusted expert in the room.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional carpet cleaning using Zerorez® patented Zr Water® technology.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to upsell additional services like upholstery, tile, and area rug cleaning.
- Provide a world-class customer experience, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment and ensure your vehicle and tools are clean, organized, and job-ready.
- Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the customer’s home.
- Communicate clearly and confidently about the Zerorez® difference—and why it matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-minded attitude—you enjoy recommending solutions that genuinely help customers and contribute to team goals.
- Customer-first mindset—you take pride in delivering excellent service and earning 5-star reviews.
- Experience in carpet cleaning, custodial services, or in-home service is a plus—but not required.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and people skills—you know how to listen, explain, and close with confidence.
- Physical stamina for manual labor tasks (lifting equipment, working on your feet, etc.).
