We are currently looking for reliable and experienced CDL Class A drivers (with tank endorsement) to operate seal tankers and other related equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a commercial heavy truck or tank on public highways and on construction jobsites in a safe and efficient manner according to company policy, as well as state guidelines
- Drive locally with trips reaching an average maximum of 3 hours driving time per trip. Heavy trucks may include move trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, lowboy trailer trucks, or seal tankers. Dump trucks will haul aggregates, sand, concrete, hot-mix asphalt, and other construction materials to active work zones. Lowboy drivers will haul heavy equipment to and from jobsites. Seal tankers will haul hot liquid seal coat to active work zones
- Perform daily maintenance & pre-trip checks, assisting with fluid checks and maintenance, securing loads, cleaning, and other duties as directed by the Foreman or Operations Manager
- Follow verbal and written directions
- Maintain cleanliness of the company's trucks and ensure that the truck is secured at the end of the shift
- Perform other duties as assigned by Foreman or Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Class A Driver
- Experience operating a seal coat tanker
- Experience loading, unloading, and transporting heavy machinery and construction equipment
- Have a working knowledge of construction jobsite activities
- Be able to climb into, on, and around truck and trailer
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass post-offer, pre-employment, and random drug screenings, and Motor Vehicle Report
- Valid & Current CA Driver’s License & Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- CDL Class A License REQUIRED
- Tank endorsement REQUIRED
- Be able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- Be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
