Global luxury interior design brand is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to support its showroom operations. Known for exceptional craftsmanship, premium products, and a strong presence within the design community, the company partners with top designers, architects, and homeowners on high-end residential and commercial projects.
The Role
The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for processing customer orders, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a seamless experience from order entry through delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position is a 6 month temporary role to begin.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotes, order revisions, and related documentation.
- Communicate order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues.
- Support the sales team with sample requests, customer communications, and administrative tasks.
- Process payments, refunds, and other order-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in order entry, customer service, sales support, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in luxury retail, interior design, showroom operations, or a related industry is preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
