Job Summary
Ascentia Healthcare has fantastic opportunities for LVN with Vent and Trache experience. New Grads are welcome; we will train you. Responsibilities
- Work with individuals of any age group.
- Deliver direct patient care, including vital signs assessment, medication administration, and basic nursing procedures.
- Assist with patient assessments, monitor symptoms, and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility assistance, feeding, and hygiene care.
- Document patient information accurately in systems while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality policies.
- Follow infection control protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Experience
- Recent graduation from an accredited LVN program with valid licensure in Texas.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures in vent./Trache
