Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage including alcoholic beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Process payments using cash register or POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Assist with food preparation as needed Requirements: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of OpenTable, toast POS, or similar reservation and point-of-sale systems is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Excellent customer service skills - Cash handling experience is desirable - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This is a paid position.
