We are seeking a highly organized Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. The Office Coordinator will work closely with upper management and will take on various projects. Day-to-day functions involving data entry, filing and answering calls at the front desk as the first person visitors see when entering the building. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys variety in their day, possesses excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and wants to play an important role in keeping projects and office functions running smoothly.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Administration:
- Facilitate projects and contracts pertaining to daily shop operations
- Create and release companywide memorandum as needed
- Supports management representative with external and internal audits
- Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Coordinate incoming mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory
Accounting:
- Performs accounts payable and receivable tasks such as billing, invoicing, and maintaining documentation
- Enter sales orders and has an understanding of our ERP system
- Assist in processing payroll
Human Resources:
- Work closely with benefits coordinator to maintain personnel records
- Assists with various HR functions such as employee onboarding and benefits enrollment, and is familiar with relevant company policies

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
