HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Your Role:

Enrolls patients; schedules patient appointments, adhering to the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) Sleep Center scheduling criteria; collects patient payments and co-payments; and documents payments accurately and timely.
- Serves as an ambassador for TMH Sleep Center outpatient relationships; creates a sense of efficiency, caring, trust, and professionalism with patients and their families.

Ensures quality patient care and service related to telephonic communication, scheduling, patient confidentiality, and direct patient contact.
- Displays an understanding of diversity.
- Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values).

Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients. Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:
Required Education:

High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience:
- One (1) year of relevant work experience in an office/administrative setting including clerical duties (e.g., typing, etc.)
Preferred Experience:
- Post-secondary education coursework.
