Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually or in-person to educate on financial solutions
- Help families with services such as life insurance, investments, and retirement planning
- Build and manage a client base through networking and referrals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Optional: grow and lead a team of associates
Experience
- No prior financial experience required (training provided)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
