Position Overview
This position combines commercial roofing service work with project coordination and customer service.
Some days you'll be repairing a roof leak or completing maintenance. Other days you'll be visiting job sites, meeting customers, coordinating deliveries, or helping keep commercial roofing projects running smoothly.
As you grow within the company, you'll take on increasing responsibility and have the opportunity to move into project management and operations.
What You'll Do
Commercial Roofing Service
- Diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks.
- Perform repairs on: TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitume, Metal Roofing, and Asphalt Shingles
- Complete warranty repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Perform roof inspections.
- Document work with photos and written reports.
Project Support
- Visit active job sites to monitor quality and progress.
- Coordinate deliveries, dumpsters, equipment, and suppliers.
- Assist with scheduling crews and subcontractors.
- Meet inspectors when required.
- Verify completed work meets company standards.
- Help solve field issues before they become costly delays.
Customer Relations
- Meet with building owners and property managers.
- Explain repair recommendations professionally.
- Keep customers informed throughout projects.
- Represent Pring Roofing in a professional manner at all times.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Commercial roofing experience.
- Ability to diagnose roofing problems independently.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, and basic computer software.
Preferred
- Foreman or crew leader experience.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience meeting with inspectors.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Basic estimating or project management experience.

You don't need to know everything about running projects today. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong roofing knowledge, and the desire to grow into a leadership role.
