Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily functions.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards and consistency.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Control inventory levels through accurate stock management and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Supervise food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Lead team training initiatives focused on customer service excellence, food production efficiency, and safety protocols.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling proficiency required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, managing shifts, and conducting interviews for new staff members.
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and profit analysis within the food industry.
- Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including staff training, team management, and customer interactions.
- Background in hospitality management or culinary experience is highly desirable; casual dining or banquet experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
