Trimble Operator – Mechanical Layout
Our client is seeking an experienced Trimble Operator to support their mechanical field layout team on complex construction projects. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on precision, coordination, and quality execution.
What you’ll do:
- Perform high-precision layout for sleeves, inserts, hangers, and equipment
- Operate Trimble robotic total stations using Field Link/Access
- Work from BIM models, CAD drawings, and coordinated documents
- Maintain ±1/8” accuracy across all phases of construction
- Collaborate with field teams, VDC/BIM, and project partners
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of mechanical layout experience
- Strong Trimble Field Link (and/or Access) skills
- Deep understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems
- Ability to read Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD models
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-driven
