The Role
As a Lot Attendant at C.C. Rental, you are the backbone of our daily operation. You keep vehicles moving, lots organized, and our fleet ready for customers around the clock. This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. What You'll Do
- Transfer and move vehicles across the rental lot and/or locations as directed.
- Receive returned rental vehicles — inspect, log, and process for re-rental
- Prepare vehicles to be rent-ready: clean, fueled, and properly staged
- Enter vehicle information accurately into our rental management system
- Keep the lot and garage clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times
- Follow all vehicle return and transfer procedures
- Complete required shift check-in and check-out forms every shift
- Support occasional out-of-state vehicle transport when needed
- Report any vehicle damage, safety issues, or maintenance needs immediately
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — required
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles — preferred
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Computer literate — able to learn and use our rental management system
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a plus, not a requirement
- Reliable — punctuality and attendance are non-negotiable in a 24/7 operation
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible to work any days, hours, shifts, or locations (out-of-State travel is required)
- Team player with a can-do attitude who takes ownership of their work
