From inventory management to medication preparation and order fulfillment, you'll be part of a team that directly supports patient care across Southwest Florida.

What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll help keep pharmacy operations running smoothly by:

Preparing and labeling medications accurately
- Replenishing medication trays using TRAYSAFE equipment and software
- Managing medication inventory and restocking supplies
- Identifying expired medications and assisting with returns or disposal
- Preparing invoices and delivering medications to member facilities
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
- Collaborating with pharmacists, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Supporting medication safety and inventory accuracy while following all regulatory and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications

Florida Pharmacy Technician License
- One year of pharmacy technician experience
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
