Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional assessments and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, oversee, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing patient assessment.
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and ensure treatment efficacy while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy methods, data collection procedures, and medical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans across settings.
- Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and support home-based interventions to promote generalization of skills in natural environments.
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavioral health principles.
- Experience in medical terminology, medical records management, intake procedures, and patient care documentation.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans based on data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and confidentiality protocols related to medical documentation.
- Home-based behavioral experience is preferred; excellent communication skills are essential for working with diverse populations including those with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
