Onsite Service Specialist– Workplace Pantry & Coffee Services

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with lunch break)
Marché NYC is a growing premium workplace pantry and coffee service provider serving offices across NYC. Our Onsite Service Specialists are the face of our company—trusted professionals who keep client spaces stocked, clean, and operating smoothly every day. This role blends hands-on work with accountability, independence, and technology—ideal for someone who takes pride in running their site the right way.
What You’ll Do
- Stock and maintain workplace pantries (snacks, beverages, coolers, and refrigerators)
- Restock and maintain coffee machines and, at select locations, kegerators
- Perform preventative maintenance including cleaning, restocking, and light troubleshooting
- Create product orders directly from your phone using the Parlevel App
- Complete service tasks and upload photos through Tangelo to ensure consistency and quality
- Ensure products are organized, rotated, and presented to company standards
- Act as the on-site point of contact for clients during service hours
- Travel between client locations as needed (public transportation fare covered)
- Independently manage assigned sites once fully trained
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented individuals
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for ordering and task completion
- Able to work independently and take ownership of a site
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move product (up to ~50 lbs)
- Willingness to adapt and cover different sites as we grow
- Experience in food service, hospitality, vending, or facilities is a plus (not required)
