Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and ensure alignment on hiring needs
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Maintain ATS data, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
