Prosper Physical Therapy and Pelvic Rehab is located in Sioux Falls, SD. We provide high-quality, evidenced-based physical therapy services to women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. As the Patient Care Coordinator, you play a crucial role in the practice. You will interact directly with patients, referrers to the practice and staff of Prosper Physical Therapy and Pelvic Rehab. You are often the first person/point of contact of the practice and for this, will be important for displaying and projecting the mission of the practice while guiding patients and referrers in our services.

Responsibilities within the Practice:
· Be a happy face and warm attitude for all patients who come in contact with the practice whether that be on the phone or in-person
· Answer/Return Phone calls to the practice promptly and courteously.
· Enter patient information into online systems and add necessary documentation
· Manage potential referral/patient leads, follow up appropriate/have in automated system
· Maintain strict confidentiality according to HIPPA Privacy and Security Rules
· Help coordinate & Plan Events/Workshops/Clinics/Marketing Meetups
· Assist Clinic owner with online and in-person marketing
· Understanding that this role is evolving and adapting with the Company
· Other duties as assigned by the Company
· Potential growth into more leadership/full time role or other room for moving up in the company as the clinic grows
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree (or high school diploma + experience)
· Minimum 1 year customer service experience or similar field
· Preferred: experience in marketing and sales
· Proficient in google docs, google forms, excel, email/communication, word, canva etc.
· Willingness to learn new applications
· Commitment to creating a safe place for patients and referrers
· A great team player who shows compassion, empathy and honesty
· Dependable, reliable, and motivated to do good
· Detail oriented
· Problem-solver, flexible, and works well under pressure
· Not afraid to admit if they need help/ not afraid to fail
