Green Acres, an assisted living facility in Fremont, is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Staff Member to work 2pm-8pm help prepare nutritious, great-tasting meals and snacks for our residents.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Part-time, 18 hours per week
- Shift: 2pm-8pm
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Rotation: Every other weekend & holiday rotation
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background check
- Must have cooking experience
- Experience with batch cooking from scratch strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals and snacks according to menus and dietary guidelines
- Perform batch cooking and scratch cooking as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents
