We are seeking a motivated, compassionate chiropractor to join our busy family practice in Stow, Massachusetts as our next Associate Chiropractor. Our team runs the office like a well-oiled machine so our doctors can focus on patients. Who We’re Looking For
The best candidate for our office is someone who wants to grow alongside a highly skilled chiropractor with 23 years of experience building a successful practice, someone who brings their own hunger for ongoing improvement. Dr. Todd sees an average of 215 patients per week and delivers holistic, patient-focused care across a range of advanced modalities. Spinal decompression is a cornerstone of what we do and will be a primary focus for this role from the start, complemented by cold laser therapy, custom orthotics, and therapeutic exercise. This is a mentorship-rich environment for someone who actively seeks feedback, asks hard questions about their own work, and treats every patient interaction as an opportunity to improve.

Job Responsibilities
- Conducts Day 1 consults/exams
- Administers chiropractic adjustments and supporting modalities (laser, muscle stim, ice, heat, etc.) during patient visits to promote health and healing
- Leads the practice’s spinal decompression program, managing patients through the full course of decompression care
- Conducts re-exams
- Conducts focused patient consults between re-exams as needed (decompression, orthotics, corrective pillow, laser, therapeutic exercise)
- Administers therapeutic exercise
- Manages administration and notes
- Builds lasting patient relationships and supports practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and community engagement
- Leads/contributes to special projects (includes strategic and operational planning, work process improvements, etc.)
- Engages in personal and professional development
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Doctorate of Chiropractic from an accredited college
- Successful completion of national boards and MA licensing
- Holistic and passionate about patient-care
- Has a learning mindset and an interest in self-improvement
- Takes initiative and demonstrates follow-through
- Dependable and committed to providing consistent, high-quality care
- Committed to building a long-term career in chiropractic and growing with our practice
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of/experience in process improvement a plus
Life in Stow, Massachusetts
Stow Family Chiropractic is a family practice located in Stow, Massachusetts. Stow is a small town in the heart of Central Massachusetts that is known for its apple orchards, golf courses and walking trails. Though the area itself is quaint and family-oriented, Stow is located only 20 miles outside of Boston and is easily accessible to all that New England has to offer such as skiing in the White Mountains and visiting the picturesque beaches of coastal New Hampshire and Maine. Our practice serves patients across 10+ towns and thanks to our organic patient referral system, we’ve become the flagship chiropractic office for many different communities.
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30am - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 10:30am - 6:30pm
Monthly planning meetings on Friday mornings
Wednesday and Friday morning training sessions to start
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary [$80,000 - $110,000]
