Intergraded Security Management Group (ISMG) is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Unarmed Construction Site Security Officers to join our construction site security team. This position requires officers who can work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and other site personnel while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
This is more than a traditional security position. Our officers are expected to be proactive, professional, and committed to protecting people, equipment, and property while providing outstanding customer service.

Control access to the construction site by verifying the identity of authorized personnel and visitors.

Monitor and patrol the site on foot and/or by vehicle and port-a-potties for vandalism
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Assist with opening and securing the site at the beginning and end of each shift.

Document incidents, safety concerns, and daily activities using electronic reporting systems.

Work closely with site management, contractors, and project personnel as part of the construction team.

Enforce site rules and safety procedures in a professional and respectful manner.

Report emergencies, suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues promptly.

Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.

Valid California BSIS Guard Card (required).

High school diploma or GED.

Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.

Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Basic computer and smartphone skills for electronic reporting.

Previous construction site security experience.

Experience in access control or gate security.

CPR/First Aid Certification.

Walk and stand for extended periods.

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Perform routine patrols over uneven terrain.
