Recycling Route Truck Driver
Cambria County Solid Waste Authority (CCSWA) accepting application for FT Recycling Truck Driver. 35 hour work week, Monday thru Friday. Drive a route collecting and delivering recyclables from locations around Cambria County with a front-load waste/recycling truck. Support your community and help protect the environment in a great team environment. You will collect materials with a "commercial" front loader collection truck (automated) via commercial collection containers from approximately 20 different locations within Cambria County and deliver them to the processing facility near Ebensburg as part of the Authority's drop-off residential recycling program.
The successful applicant should have at minimum:
CDL B, 2 yr exp CDL driving experience, be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and enter/exit truck multiple times daily, have a safe driving record, pass drug screen/background check/DMV review. Front-load refuse truck and/or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus.
