We're looking for a talented Assistant Branch Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering the best experience for our customers and team members.
As the Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to manage customer service, inventory, sales support, and team leadership. Whether it’s stepping in during the Branch Manager’s absence or supporting other branches, you’ll ensure smooth operations at all times.

Customer Service & Sales Support: Supervise the showroom, sales counters, and incoming calls while assisting the team and ensuring a topnotch customer experience.

Team Leadership: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to your team to foster a productive and engaging work environment.

Office Management: Oversee office and showroom supplies, maintain operational efficiency, and manage daily scheduling.

Inventory & Facility Management: Keep the office, yard, and warehouse organized and safe, ensuring inventory levels are optimal and equipment is maintained.

Finance Management: Monitor branchlevel finances, manage daily pricing, sales reports, purchase orders, and collections.

Communication & Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, address customer/vendor issues, and set an example in professionalism.

Provide support to other area branches when needed.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure branch success.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.

Experience: At least 2 years in retail and management, with knowledge of inventory control, supply chain processes, and financial principles.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.

Certifications: Valid driver’s license and forklift operator certification.

Attitude: Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for exceptional customer service.
