Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS system.
- Prepare food items efficiently, maintaining quality standards and adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills.
- Support team members by managing quick service operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking across various duties.
- Previous experience with food preparation, cashiering, or serving in quick service & fast-food restaurants is highly desirable.
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
