This is not a position for someone who simply schedules social media posts.
We need a marketer who understands how to capture attention, create compelling content, build campaigns, generate leads, and ultimately drive revenue.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months, you'll help:
- Increase lead generation across multiple channels
- Grow social media reach and engagement
- Improve email marketing performance
- Increase enrollments into training programs and events
- Create compelling content that insurance professionals actually want to consume
- Build scalable marketing systems that continue producing results
Insurance industry experience is highly preferred but not required.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate creativity, execution, and measurable results.
