Job Overview
We are seeking a calm, optimistic Chiropractor to join our personal‑injury focused practice and treat car accident patients in collaboration with our experienced chiropractic assistant, Jeff. You’ll receive weekly 60‑minute 1:1 coaching from Dr. Pragle for clinical questions, case reviews, and communication skills so you can grow quickly in confidence and effectiveness.
You’ll step into a strong base of personal injury patients and have the opportunity to develop your own niche interests over time, such as sports performance, cash‑based care, or family wellness.
Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and exams in a calm, unhurried setting, with encouragement as your skills grow.
- Provide chiropractic adjustments (Thompson, Activator, manual) in a supportive environment where you can ask questions freely and receive gentle, constructive feedback.
- Follow patient progress closely and review care plans together with Dr. Pragle, so you feel confident and never have to make decisions alone.
- Learn to communicate with other healthcare providers and attorneys through observation, practice, and kind, step‑by‑step coaching.
- Maintain clear, accurate patient notes while being patiently trained in our documentation and workflow systems, with plenty of time to learn and ask for help
Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week over 4–4.5 days (no late evenings).
Base salary plus a structured monthly bonus for patient visits above a set baseline (clear per‑visit formula, discussed at interview).
