As Boutique Store Manager, you’ll lead an upscale resale operation that generates vital revenue for charitable work while delivering a polished, welcoming customer experience. You’ll own day-to-day boutique performance through curated merchandising, pricing, visual standards, inventory accuracy, donor/customer relationships, and promotional events that grow sales.
Key responsibilities include coaching staff and volunteers, maintaining POS and operational procedures, and partnering on sales/marketing initiatives.
Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma/GED (Associate’s+ in Retail/Marketing preferred)
- 5+ years in a supervisory/manager role (boutique/specialty retail preferred)
- Valid driver’s license; marketing/event planning strongly preferred; bilingual a plus
- Proficiency with POS, Microsoft Office, and Google apps; strong math/tech skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Respect for Catholic teachings and the St. Vincent de Paul mission
