Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Chiller Machinery Operator, Housekeeper, and Cultivation Assistant to support daily facility operations by monitoring and maintaining chiller equipment, assisting with cultivation activities, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This full-time position requires a reliable individual who is comfortable working with cannabis plants in both indoor and outdoor settings. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Monitor and operate chiller machinery to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly.
● Work closely with management to assist with various tasks and projects as needed.
● Complete all housekeeping tasks up to the company's standard.
● Perform routine inspections and maintenance of chiller equipment.
● Assist the cultivation team with plant care and related tasks during downtime or as required.
● Conduct lifting and moving of items up to 25lbs as needed.
● Complete other assignments, tasks, and duties as assigned by management
Shift Options:
1. Evening Shift: 5:30PM - 10:00PM, 3:00PM - 10:00PM
2. Night Shift: 10:00PM – 6:30AM
3. Mixed Shifts: 2 nights & 3 evening
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Must be 21 years of age or older.
● Ability to work comfortably with cannabis plants and adapt to both indoor and outdoor environments.
● Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
● Flexibility to work the designated shifts.
● Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., frequently stand, reach, bend, carry, and balance items
● Ability to handle physical workload
● Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
● Ability to perform housekeeping tasks at a high standard in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
● Previous experience in machinery operation or plant cultivation, preferred but not required
● Housekeeping experience
● High school diploma or GED, required
Physical Requirements:
● Requires physical fitness and health necessary to perform tasks required
● Have no severe allergies or sensitivities to cannabis plants
● Noise level and working environment can be loud
● Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly
● Work frequently with cleaning chemicals
