Full-Time/ Part-Time Park Ranger
We are looking for a confident dog lover who would want to join our team in a full time capacity. Our Full and Part Time Park Ranger will be responsible for being in the dog park area (including the small dog area) to monitor all play and interactions, as well as daycare and boarding services. Park Rangers need to know dog body language and react appropriately if a dog gets too aggressive or if a fight breaks out. They will also be responsible for keeping the dog park area clean and sanitized.
Experience with large groups of dogs is helpful, but not required.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have no physical impairments that would prevent them from lifting up to 50lbs, cleaning playroom equipment, picking up after dogs or being on their feet for long periods of time. We hope to find staff members who would like to learn the industry and move forward in a career.
Our Boarding and Daycare dogs and park visitors have a much more manageable ratio of dogs to humans of 10:1
