Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our community, and take a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (spanish) and possess excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance team when needed, providing guidance and support.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, utilizing skills in high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
- Utilize schematics to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain all necessary records, including maintenance logs and inventory reports.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance budget and plan.
Required Experience:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a residential setting.
- They must have experience with project management, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Experience with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems is essential, as well as knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of residential maintenance practices and experience with facilities management is also preferred.
- The candidate should be familiar with schematics and have experience with volt meters.
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.
- Must speak Spanish (semi-fluent, fluent)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
