American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Inpatient Rehab position in California, requiring 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and an active CA RN license.

Inpatient Rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting
-
Manages 7 rooms across 14 beds with an average daily census of 8 patients
-
Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
Every other weekend required
-
On-call requirements vary depending on patient census
-
Floating is required, with possible float to Med/Surg and Orthopedics units
-
Travelers may be expected to float between all facilities within the state
-
Epic EMR required
-
Active CA RN license required; pending licenses are not accepted

Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab nursing experience required
-
Epic EMR proficiency required
-
Current BLS certification required
-
At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Royal blue scrubs required

RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment

Former permanent staff of the Providence health system must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment
