Count, weigh, receipt, and tag products received; transport products to storage areas and other departments; load and unload trucks when needed; maintain AIB cleaning schedule and separate, store, and load pallet trailers as needed.
Unload outside vendors with incoming products, break and record seal numbers when applicable.
Count, weigh, and tag incoming products.
Complete the freight inspection checklist, count outgoing loads and orders.
Organize products in long term storage to facilitate product rotation (first expired, first out).
Stage depots/deliveries and check orders on audit list.
Separate and store pallets; notify Management when trailers need to be exchanged.
Load/unload depots, deliveries, mobiles, and transfers.
Gain knowledge of Primarius software and associated tools (scan guns, etc.).
Maintain reporting of products to align with end-of-year Inventory audits.
Separate, weigh, and record retail weights based on FAWM categories.
Maintain AIB standards and fill out paperwork accordingly.
Maintain daily servicing of equipment.
Ensure that all activities within the shipping and receiving department are in compliance with government regulations and Feeding America standards for safe food handling and sanitation.
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
Ability to finish assigned tasks effectively within a limited time.
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with and/or knowledge of inventory procedures, order fulfillment, and safe food handling.
