Sr. Reclaim Operator
Deceuninck North America is seeking an Sr. Reclaim Operator for its Monroe, OH facility. In this role, the Sr. Reclaim Operator will perform advanced technical and troubleshooting tasks to maintain smooth performance in the Reclaim area to ensure the continuous production of valuable recycled materials.
Schedule: 7:00am to 7:00pm (2-2-3 Schedule)
Pay Rate: $21/ hour
Core Responsibilities
- Accurately perform startup operations on the coffin grinder, vecaplan grinder, and pulverizer.
- Determined hourly output on the pulverizer.
- Must be able to gap blades for installation on the coffin grinder.
- Set up and determine sieve analysis for fractured material.
- Accurately evaluate end of shift paperwork.
- Evaluate inventory levels and determine course of actions per stocking levels.
- Perform disc change on pulverizer.
- Unjam coffin grinder.
- Must demonstrate safe and clear understanding of LOTO as it is associated with the functions of this role.
Qualifications
- Forklift Experience
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to work 12 Hour shifts
