Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Food Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Safely handle and transport food orders from the kitchen to tables using proper manual handling and safe lifting practices.
- Ensure all food is delivered in optimal condition, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols.
- Assist with cleaning and bussing tables to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks when needed, including basic plating or garnishing.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate timely delivery of orders.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of guest service by providing friendly, prompt, in-person customer service throughout each shift.
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with food running, serving, or hospitality roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely during busy service periods.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for collaborating effectively with team members and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Pay: $25.23 - $30.38 per hour
