This Position is for a motivated, self driven individual whom will work with the team to ensure that the guests have the best possible experience.
WE are a 75 seat restaurant located in Downtown rutland VT in the newly renovated Center Street Marketplace..
This is a "scratch" kitchen, knife skills, "line" skills and communication with team members are a must.
Daily routines will include but not limited to, prep, setting up the line, continued stocking of the line and closing shift cleaning. Communication with managers for next day prep and tasks.
Communications with front of house staff on daily specials, guests needs etc.
Input on menu changes that occur 3 times per year, work with the team on specials daily & weekly.
