Keystone Millwork is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Cabinet Maker / Millwork Fabricator. This role is ideal for millworkers looking for a shop where their expertise is valued.
You’ll work alongside experienced craftsmen on a wide range of tasks, from foundational shop duties to advanced bench fabrication. For experienced applicants, opportunities exist to take the lead on complex builds, assist with take-offs and cut lists, and help refine production processes.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of cabinets and custom woodwork
- Read and interpret design plans and shop drawings
- Support material preparation, tool organization, and general shop upkeep
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, machines without oversight
- Help with packaging, loading/unloading, sanding, surface prep, and material handling
- Participate in general maintenance projects
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment
- Contribute to the collective experience of team members to gain exposure to advanced carpentry, CNC machinery, and finishing techniques as directed
Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Millworkers
- Create accurate take-offs and cut lists from shop drawings
- Interpret architectural plans and fabrication details with minimal supervision
- Lead or support complex cabinet and millwork builds
- Assist in optimizing workflow, material usage, and production efficiency
- Provide mentorship to junior team members
- Operate advanced equipment (CNC, edge banders, wide-belt sanders, etc.) if experienced
- Lead or assist in millwork installations for commercial projects
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications for Experienced Candidates
- Prior experience in cabinet making, millwork fabrication, or carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans
- Experience creating take-offs, cut lists, or material breakdowns
- Proficiency with woodworking tools, machinery, and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of CNC equipment or digital fabrication workflows
- Background in cabinet making, construction, or technical schooling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $33.00 per hour
