Above & Beyond Complete Grounds Maintenance is seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Installer Foreman to lead our growing pool installation division. We are looking for a motivated leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, job site safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.
If you have experience installing fiberglass, vinyl liner, and concrete pools, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise pool installation crews
- Coordinate daily job site activities and schedules
- Install fiberglass, vinyl liner, and concrete swimming pools
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and management
- Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing fiberglass, vinyl liner, and concrete pools
- Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, plumbing, and pool construction
- Ability to operate or oversee operation of construction equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation
- Familiarity with safety protocols specific to outdoor construction sites and pool installation environments
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
