Responsibilities

- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and warmth
- Support insurance third-party billing and revenue cycle management activities to ensure timely reimbursement
- Communicate effectively with patients via phone or in person, addressing inquiries and providing clear instructions

- Perform data entry tasks related to patient records, insurance claims, and clinical documentation
Skills
- Proven administrative experience within healthcare settings, demonstrating efficiency and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, scheduling, and reporting tasks
- Strong knowledge of health insurance processes, managed care, and third-party billing procedures
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) management systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients
- Skilled in phone communication, client interaction, and internal team collaboration
- Adept at data entry, typing accuracy, and managing the revenue cycle from patient registration to billing collections
