We are growing and currently hiring experienced Adult & Elder Therapist with a passion for working with adults and older adults, including the Medicare population.
Specifically looking for a Licensed and Registered Therapist
We are particularly seeking therapist with experience providing therapy who enjoys supporting adults and seniors through life's challenges while helping them improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life. We also welcome therapists who offer Spanish-speaking services and/or Christian-based counseling. Licensed clinicians are preferred. Provisionally licensed therapists will be considered if they have relevant clinical experience and a strong commitment to professional growth.
Supervision opportunity offered by RPT-S, free bimonthly consultation groups and In-house training.

Licensed Child/Adult Therapist will provide outpatient individual therapy. This position is an independent contractor with thriving group practice.
We will assist you with credentialing with insurance companies.
Compensation is a percentage based on income received and paid out bi-monthly.
Reflections Creative Therapies provide a steady stream of referrals.
We have fully equipped sand tray rooms, playrooms, group rooms and beautiful offices to work.
The candidate must be independent, organized, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians.
The candidate will be hired as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements are:
*Current State of Florida license as an LCSW, LMFT or LMHC, Ph.D. or PsyD
*Willing to work at least 15 Part-Time or 25 Full-time caseloads
*Minimum 1-year post-independent licensure
*Paneled with Insurance Companies a plus

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as play therapy, creative therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Assess and document patient needs, progress, and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in child and adult therapy.
Pay: $70.00 - $136.00 per hour
