Patient Care Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant Tustin | Santa Ana
Integra Health is hiring a highly reliable, organized, and personable Patient Care Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistantfor our clinic on the border of Santa Ana / Tustin
This is primarily a front-office role with hands-on crossover into patient setup and clinic flow. Responsibilities include phones, scheduling, payments, check-in/check-out, coordinating massage and spinal decompression appointments, and setting patients up on approved therapy equipment after training.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident with patients, follows tasks through to completion, and can help keep the clinic running smoothly without constant supervision. A background or strong interest in sports, fitness, exercise, wellness, or healthcare is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and patient questions
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process payments
- Check patients in and out
- Coordinate chiropractic, massage, decompression, and recovery appointments
- Set patients up on approved equipment after training
- Reinforce provider-directed appointment schedules
- Maintain clinic organization and patient flow
- Complete opening, closing, and administrative tasks
- Take initiative when something needs attention
Required qualities
- Exceptional reliability and punctuality

- Proactive, coachable, and accountable
- Reliable transportation to Santa Ana
Preferred background
- Sports, fitness, coaching, or athletic experience
- Kinesiology or exercise science
- Chiropractic or physical therapy aide experience
- Medical front office, hospitality, or customer service
Schedule and pay
- Part-time W-2
- 24 to 30 hours per week
- Consistent on-site schedule
- $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
- 90-day performance and compensation review
