Automotive Sales BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Follow up with leads via phone calls, texts, or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information
Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments

Automotive Sales BDC Representative Qualifications
Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred
Professional appearance and behavior
Strong computer and phone literacy
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
